Tue Aug 10 2021 fan of this game and the booksI love this game! The cats are adorable and especially great for me since I’m allergic to cats. I love buying them new things, laughing at their character traits, taking photos, and staring at their adorableness. However, unless you really, really love staring at cats and taking the same pictures over and over again, there’s not much to do. You can check in once in a while for about ten minutes, although with purchases and scrolling and such it could last you longer. It’s not something to pass the time, and, honestly, you don’t have to do anything. It’s very casual. These aren’t complaints although adding things like playing with the cats would be nice. I also wish you could go inside the house! There would be so much more room for goodies. The video is deceiving, this does not allow you inside.
However highly recommend this game! Very relaxing and cute.

Sun Aug 08 2021 hoganmd5Ok so first of all this game is soooooooo cute! But it needs more I feel like it’s missing something. I was thinking what if u add in mini games while you wait for the cats. And in the mini games you can earn fish! So I do think that this could be a good relaxing game. But it gets boring sometimes. I was also thinking you could play with the cats when they come. Like one of those games where you can pet the cat and feed it treats and play games with it. So I say update the game and use some of these ideas! Because I think some of the people aren’t liking this game… so start updating now make special events or something. I don’t mind if you use my ideas so good luck on this game it could be better with these ideas!

It’s got a simple pixelated style and some adorable animations too. — Note though: while this game is very fun, it’s not actively interactive. It has a lot more idle play, like actually idling, than minigames or something. You just fill up the bowl, take pictures of cats you haven’t seen before, and collect the idle earnings since the last time you logged in, maybe by a new toy or food if you’ve got enough. — there’s something beautiful about that though. No ads. Actual idle gameplay. I’m excited to log in and see if something new is there, and just as happy to see a silly cat in a box or something. There’s no real way to speed up your progression other than being steadfast, and I think that’s kind of perfect for the game.

But the bad thing is that you can barely do anything just buy stuff, place stuff, take photos of the CUTEST CATS EVER and look at the stuff you have then you have to wait 10 million years until the next cat arrives and the same thing you basically just buy stuff and look and name the cats. I wish there was something else to do like play with the cats at least but really there is literally nothing to do I play this game andI get kinda bored. But the cats are literally the CUTEST THING IN THE WORLD. I love the cats but please add more stuff to do. Keep on the progress! and thx

Once the free version stopped receiving updates, I lost interest. I decided to download the Apple Arcade version since it’s still supported, but I was disappointed to learn I could not transfer my data from my original game. I’ve spent hundreds of hours on this game, and I know it would not be especially challenging to allow for data transfers so that I, and many players like me, could enjoy the efforts we made over the past 7 (yes, 7!) to earn fish and build out our yards with goodies. Please take this step, and you’ll have many happy players!

The cats give you mementos and you get many rewards after the cats leave. Also another plus is the rare cats. There are many variations. (My all time favorite is Mr. Meowgi) Also, I love this game soooo much that I got Neko Atsume and Neko atsume Purrfect Kitty collecter VR. (Yes. It’s that fun) So if you want cute cats and a fun time. This is the perfect game. (Download this Neko Atsume+ to get more golden fish. trust me. You want as much fish as possible for your furry friends)

Tue Aug 24 2021 Jackalope25I have seen many comments saying bad things about the game, but that is not the case the game is great and it keeps you from playing for long amounts of time. I have also seen a comment saying that there is no inside area but there is, if you go to the very end of the shop (Goodies) you will see yard expansion if you buy that you will get some inside space. And also the apple version gives you more golden fish than the original game.
I really enjoy playing this game and hope you enjoy it too.

I guess I could understand that, but I enjoy it because it’s a game that is cozy and fun but not addicting where you are playing it for hours. As someone who is working to lower their screen time, I love this game. There is a time and place for games with lots of stuff to do, but if you want a laid back game that you can pick up and play for a couple minutes, then this is the perfect one.
